The LOXX® TBR plate features the exact same hole spacing as standard swivel fasteners, making it an ideal swap with no guesswork. You don’t need to remeasure, redrill, or modify your setup. Just remove the old fastener and screw the TBR plate into the same location using two countersunk screws.
With pre-drilled holes sized at 4.4 mm, the fit is snug, and the installation is straightforward.
Reusing the Existing Eyelet? Perfect.
Already have an eyelet in place from your previous setup? Great. The LOXX® system embraces it.
Simply:
- Unscrew the washer from the LOXX® upper part
- Push the threaded shaft through the existing eyelet hole
- Screw the washer back on and tighten using the LOXX® key
Because eyelets often protrude slightly from the fabric surface, a high washer is required to ensure a tight and flush connection. This expands the clamping range to 1- 4 mm, which works beautifully with thicker or layered materials.
Prefer Riveting? No Problem
If screws aren’t your style, or if you’re working in high-vibration environments, you can also rivet the TBR plate in place.
It offers the same reliable fit with a more permanent bond.
