Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
  • Items may be returned if:
    • The incorrect size or type of tool was ordered;
    • You received the incorrect item;
    • You no longer need the item and it meets our condition requirements.
  • For incorrect size or type, you may place a reorder for the correct item at any time within the return window.

 

Tool Condition Requirements

  • Returned tools must be:
    • Clean and free from wear
    • In resalable condition
    • Complete with all original parts and packaging
  • Tools that arrived damaged or defective should be reported immediately so we can assist you.
  • Items showing signs of use or abuse components may not qualify for a full refund.

 

Exchange of Merchandise

  • We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you need a different size, type, or model:
    • Please return the original item following our return policy.
    • You may then place a new order online for the correct item.
  • After you place your reorder, our customer service team will assist with the applicable cashback credit process as outlined below.

 

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide support and guidance for next steps. Please call our customer service at (973) 483-3232
  • If the package was refused or returned by the carrier, the return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
  • If the return is due to ordering the wrong item, return freight is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refund Timing and Conditions

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned goods.
  • If you choose not to reorder for the correct item, refunds are processed less the freight cost if the item was shipped correctly the first time.
  • If you do place a reorder for the correct item:
    • Contact our customer service team with your new order number at cso@csosborne.com.
    • Cashback credit will be returned to you after verification of your reorder.
    • This credit reflects the freight cost of your original/first purchase.
