• All orders ship FOB Harrison, NJ 07029 USA.
• No international shipping is offered at this time.
• Cutoff time for next-day or 2nd-day shipping is 10:30 AM EST on business days. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability.
• Once an order is picked up from our facility, the FedEx shipping policy applies.

4. Returns, Replacements and Warranties

We will replace, free of charge, any tool that proves unsatisfactory in performance if returned for inspection, freight prepaid. However:

• Tools that show reasonable wear and tear
• Tools that have been misused or damaged

 will not be considered defective or eligible for replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, trademarks, and descriptions, is the property of LOXX® USA and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
